Introduction

At OTS, we strive to offer high-quality services, including pre-job entry tests, job interviews, computer courses & programs, and scholarship test services. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our services.

Eligibility for Refunds

Test Registrations

Not eligible for refunds.

Courses & Training Programs

• Participants who cancel their enrollment within two (2) days of registration are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made after two (2) days but before the course begins are eligible for a 60% refund.
• No refunds will be provided once the course has started.

Scholarship Tests

Not eligible for refunds.

Digital Products & Study Materials

Digital products, including study guides, test syllabi, and online resources, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days through the original payment method. Any service fees, transaction charges, or administrative costs incurred during the payment process are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Failure to attend a test, interview, or course without prior cancellation.
• Incomplete test attempts due to personal reasons or technical issues outside OTS’s control.
• Violation of OTS’s policies, including fraudulent activity or misconduct.
